TNG Group and Noor Afroz Launch Official Operations in Afghanistan with the Signing of Major Oil & Gas Development Contracts On 6 September 2026, Mr. Hamid Khan and Mr. Yan Galimovich Sharipov, representatives of TNG Group, signed two important contracts with H.E. Mullah Hedayatullah Badri, Minister of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan. The contracts cover the provision of one-year consulting and supervision services for the Amu Darya oil fields, as well as the design, procurement, and supply of equipment for the Flexible Production Facility (FPF) at the Zamurdsai Block. The signing of these contracts represents an important step toward the development of Afghanistan’s oil and gas industry and greater self-sufficiency in crude oil production. The implementation of these projects will support the transfer of technical knowledge, expertise, and oil and gas technologies, strengthen Afghanistan’s engineering and technical capacities, and contribute to the development of modern oil production infrastructure. These agreements also mark an important milestone in the official commencement and expansion of the activities of TNG Group and Noor Afroz in Afghanistan, creating a foundation for broader technical cooperation, investment, and the implementation of future oil and gas projects across the country. During the meeting, building on their successful cooperation in the past, both parties finalized and signed the framework for their formal partnership. Under this agreement, Noor Afroz will serve as the official representative of Pure Path Chemical Engineering Technology in Afghanistan, providing companies, investors, and stakeholders in the country’s oil and gas sector with access to advanced technologies, engineering services, and specialized consultancy.
